So far I have found Fargo, ND to be one of the most vegan friendly towns that I have had the pleasure of visiting since I began my wandering adventures this past summer. Thai Orchid, Saffron, Nine Dragons, Pita Pit and Qdoba are just a handful of vegan friendly restaurants that I have frequent since my travels have brought here. Perhaps it has to do with the three universities in the area or just a natural curiousity and leaning towards healthier eating, either way this town promotes its vegan fare more than Mercer county, NJ.
Which is probably a very good thing for me since I will be "living" here for the next 6 months for work related purposes.
